RTL HR Campaign
To attract and guide potential applicants, and increase Facebook page visibility, we launched the SOAP (Skill-Based Occupational Aptitude Program) campaign. SOAP is a concise personality assessment that helps applicants discover their ideal role within RTL, categorizing them as Thinkers, Creators, Persuaders, or Navigators. The campaign was supported by a web portal, engaging social media content, and targeted Facebook ads.

Outcome
The campaign generated a significant increase in applications and inquiries through RTL's social media platforms. The HR department experienced a substantial influx of qualified CVs, and we observed a notable rise in page followers and overall interest in career opportunities at RTL.
